We often make special offers for new or renewal subscription orders made online.

New Subscriber Offers
Like many other businesses, we occasionally offer exceptionally low prices to attract new customers for a limited subscription period. Thereafter, like all our subscribers, these new customers are invited to renew their subscription at the regular rate, which continues to represent excellent value for money. Early Renewal Notices

Renewal reminders are sent well in advance of subscription expiry date to ensure that our customers do not experience a break in service. Existing subscriptions are served in full before the renewal subscription begins.

Paying for Early Renewals

As soon as your renewal order is processed, we amend your subscription expiry date and generate an invoice for your additional renewal term. This allows you to make your payment early, avoiding the possibility that payment might be overlooked and guarantees your discounted price.
Alternatively, you could avoid renewal notices and bills entirely by joining our Preferred Subscriber Automatic Renewal Program. To join the program, please renew online.

Preferred Subscriber Automatic Renewal Program

For credit card subscribers. We will continue to renew your subscription at the low subscriber rate, without interruption, unless you tell us to stop. At the end of your initial term and then before the start of each new term, we'll simply charge your credit card in time to lock in the savings then in effect. We'll send you a reminder, with a number to call if you wish to cancel, before we charge your card. For monthly Pay-As-You-Go, we will send you a notification before we charge your card, with a number to call if you wish to cancel, if there is a change to your monthly rate. You may cancel at any time during your subscription and receive a full refund on all un-served issues. If your credit card is inactive, we'll bill you directly instead.

To cancel your subscription please contact us. We will promptly stop your service and issue a refund for any unmailed copies.

If you cancelled your subscription, but are still receiving bills, please note that it takes a few days for a cancellation to become effective. Therefore, if you receive any invoices after you have cancelled, please ignore them.

You may also receive up to two further issues AFTER your cancellation has been processed since we are unable to intercept these in the mail. Please note that you will not be charged for these issues and you may accept them with our compliments

Our magazines delivery window is seven to three days before the cover date. Your magazine should arrive between the Friday and Tuesday prior to the cover date. Factors that could delay delivery are severe weather or disruption of your local postal service.

If your issue of TIME has not been delivered this week, it could be because the previous week’s issue was a double issue, with additional special content, and a two week on-sale period. We print a special message on the poly-wrap of our double issues to alert subscribers if there will be no issue in the following week. Please see below for further information on double issues.

Can I share the Digital Edition issue with a friend?

Sorry, there are currently no sharing options available.

Why won't my iPad Digital Edition download?

Since the average iPad Edition is 400 Mb, it can take 20 minutes or longer to download depending on your Wi-Fi Internet connection. We recommend not using a a mobile data connection as it will take over an hour and may timeout causing you to start the download over again. For best results, please disable your iPad's Auto Lock function while downloading your issue. If your iPad goes to "Sleep" during the download, it will not resume the download until it is no longer "Sleeping". If this happens, the download will continue from the spot where it was before the iPad was in "Sleep" mode. Please keep in mind that a constant and strong internet connection is best. Also, if the internet connection is lost, the download will need to be started again.

How can I delete Digital Edition issues from my iPad?

You can delete an issue by going to your Library where all of your TIME iPad Digital Editions are located. There you simply touch and hold the issue you want to delete until the "x" comes up in the left hand corner. Tap the "x" and your issue will be deleted from your library.

Subscribers:
The cover image of your deleted subscription issue will still appear in the library. If you would like to re-read your issue, simply tap the 'Download' button that appears on top of the cover image in the Library.

Single Copy Purchasers:
The deleted issue will no longer appear in your library. Not to worry though, you can re-download any issues that you've deleted from your iPad at no additional charge. To re-download a previously purchased issue that has been deleted, return to the store, find the issue you'd like to re-download and tap the 'Buy' button. You will be prompted to confirm your purchase and then immediately prompted to download again for free.

Will deleting an issue free up storage space on my iPad?

Yes and you can access it again at any time by re-downloading the issue, free of charge.

How do I re-download an issue that was deleted?

To re-download a previously deleted issue, simply tap the download button that appears on top of the cover. If you purchased a single copy, the deleted issue will no longer appear in your library. To re-download a previously purchased deleted issue, return to the store, find the issue you'd like to re-download and tap the buy button. You will be prompted to confirm your purchase and then immediately prompted to download again for free.

Why is it taking so long to sync or back up my iPad?

Each issue of TIME is fairly large and can add noticeable time to your iPad syncing or backing up. To avoid this you can either delete the issue prior to backing up or you can manually cancel the backup process from happening at the start of the iPad sync process. If you only want to sync your iPad you can continue to do that after you cancel the backup process.
